We offer multiple payment channels to make the process simple and convenient for students both in Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Bank Transfer

Direct bank transfer to the Cavell College official account. Include your full name and student ID as the payment reference. Send proof of payment to our finance team for confirmation.

Debit / Credit Card

Pay securely online using any major debit or credit card through our SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Payments are processed in real time with instant confirmation.

Instalment Agreement

Choose one of our four interest-free instalment plans. A formal instalment agreement is signed at enrolment, and payments are made on agreed dates throughout the programme.

For Bangladesh-based students, payments can be made via bKash or other mobile banking platforms. Contact our admissions team for the official merchant number and instructions.

  3. Share the transaction ID with the finance office
  4. Receive payment confirmation within 24 hours

Fee and payment FAQs

Are course materials really free?

Yes — all study materials, textbooks, and learning resources are provided free of charge at every level, from Foundation (Level 3) through to Postgraduate (Level 7). There are no hidden material costs.

No separate registration fee is charged. The awarding body registration fee (for OTHM, ATHE, or CTH) is included within the course fee. You will receive one clear invoice covering everything.

Plan changes may be possible in some circumstances. Please speak with the finance office within the first two weeks of your programme if you need to adjust your payment arrangement.

Yes — early enrolment discounts are available on selected programmes. The exact discount percentage varies by intake and programme level. Contact our admissions team to find out what is currently available.

Students who anticipate difficulty making a scheduled payment should contact the finance office in advance. We will work with you to find a suitable arrangement. Missed payments without prior communication may affect your enrolment status.

Our refund policy is outlined in the student agreement signed at enrolment. In general, refunds may be available on a pro-rata basis within a specified withdrawal period. Please refer to our Refund Policy or contact the admissions office for details.

Cavell College may offer merit-based fee reductions and sibling or referral discounts on a case-by-case basis. Please enquire directly with the admissions team during the application process.
